These terms apply to your use of www.feymani.com (the “site”), operated by FEYMAN, Inc. (“FEYMAN”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Product information

The site describes FEYMAN modules and services for general information. Specifications, features and availability may change without notice, and figures shown on the site are typical values that can depend on configuration and operating conditions. Always confirm against the latest datasheet or integration guide before designing a module into your product.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Purchases, samples, evaluation kits and support are governed by separate agreements or quotations between you and FEYMAN, which take precedence over anything stated here.

2. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, illustrations, software and other content on the site belong to FEYMAN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages and documents for the purpose of evaluating or using FEYMAN products. Any other copying, modification, redistribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

“FEYMAN”, “FMI” and our product names are our trademarks. Other names and logos shown on the site, including those of customers, partners and their products, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

3. Software and documents

Software offered for download, such as the Trident configuration and evaluation tool, is subject to any license terms supplied with it. Unless such terms say otherwise, it is provided for use with FEYMAN products, “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Datasheets and other documents we send you on request are confidential to the extent they are marked as such, and are provided for evaluating and integrating FEYMAN products.

4. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or related systems, or interfere with their operation;
• send unsolicited, misleading or harmful content through the contact form;
• collect content or data from the site by automated means in a way that burdens it or breaches these terms.

5. Information you send us

When you contact us, please do not send confidential information unless we have agreed a non-disclosure agreement with you. We handle personal data you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party websites such as YouTube, LinkedIn and partner product pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the law applicable to FEYMAN, Inc., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.
